Founder of Vision Builders in 2003 and has 11 years experience in construction, being blessed by learning much from Randy Droog and Marv Van Vuuren. Has Business & Marketing degrees from Northwestern College.

Now Contractor for Vision Builders and enjoys working with the customers and overseeing the projects from design to finish.

Howard Beernink

Wife Marge and grown son named Dan.

Retired business owner and Office Manager for Vision Builders and shares his wisdom by being Dan’s mentor and sounding-board.

Randy Droog

Wife Valerie with three grown children and three grandchildren.

Has been in construction 35 years and is a skilled Craftsman in all areas of construction, especially framing. Randy is a very patient and kind-hearted person.

Nick Andersen

Wife Marsha and three children—Kayla, Kaleb, & Kolten.

Has 6 years experience in the building industry. Nick’s vast strengths lie all areas of construction, and enjoys working with customers with his friendliness and kindness.

Kent Miller

Has two Children—Mikayla and Blake.

Kent contributes 23 years of construction experience and has expertise in Concrete and Commercial Steel Buildings. Kent is a good encourager and has a fun sense of humor.

Dean Van Ommeren

Wife Angela and one son—Bradyn.

Has 20 years wood-working experience. Dean is a skilled craftsman in Finish Carpentry and very detail-orientated and patient person. He enjoys working with customers on the finishing touches on projects.

Mark Dobesh

Wife Roxann and one daughter Jacobi.

Has 15 years previous experience in mechanics and uses his skills maintaining Vision Builders’ equipment. Mark enjoys detail-orientated finish carpentry and is extremely resourceful and a good problem solver.
