Wife Heidi and three sons—Eli, Abram, and Ezra.

Founder of Vision Builders in 2003 and Endeavor Companies in 2009—Dan has Business and Marketing Degrees from Northwestern College. Dan enjoys the wonderful team of guys and customers he works with from the design stages to finished project.

Howard Beernink

Wife Marge and grown son named Dan.

Retired business owner who helps in the office and shares his wisdom with Dan by being a sounding board and mentor.

Nick Andersen

Uses his sales and excellent customer relations skills selling shingles and shingling products for Endeavor Companies.

Dean Van Ommeren

Wife Angela and one son—Bradyn.

Has 20 plus years of experience in wood-working. Dean is a skilled craftsman in Finish Carpentry and a very detailed-orientated and patient person. He enjoys working with the customers on the finishing touches of projects.

Mark Dobesh

Wife Roxann and one daughter Jacobi.

Mark uses his mechanical skills maintaining Vision Builders' and Endeavor Company's equipment. Mark enjoys detailed-orientated finish carpentry and is extremely resourceful and a good problem-solver.

Scott De Boom

Scott De Boom and wife Karinda are from Hull and have three children—Ian, Malea, and Caleb.

Scott is the Vision Builders' Framing Foreman, and is very experienced and knowledgeable with building codes and regulations, and a skilled carpenter.

Tony Stoker

Tony Stoker graduated with a degree in Construction Technology and enjoys framing and all aspects of construction. His quiet demeanor and hard working spirit are a huge asset to the team.

Keith Boone

Keith Boone and his wife Sharla come from Sioux Center and have four children—Anita and husband Keith, Josh, Blake, and Payton—and is the proud grandpa of the crew with grandson Kase.

Keith is the Office Manager for Vision Builders and Endeavor Companies. He takes care of billing, inventory, estimating, and manages the office with his gifts of organization and friendliness.
